Restaurant Manager - Warren

Job Responsibilities

As a Manager, your primary leadership goal will be to live and teach the mission and vision of the company, setting a solid and positive example for your team. It will be up to you to ensure that the operation is running smoothly and to always make the guest the priority.

Duties for this management role will include:

  • Attracting guests by implementing marketing, advertising, and community relations programs.

  • Achieving and maintaining profitability by controlling purchases and inventory, reviewing and evaluating usage reports, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions.

  • Maintaining operations by following standard operating procedures and implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards.

  • Maintaining guest satisfaction.

  • Accomplishing company objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining staff.

  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local, federal, and state health and legal regulations.


Job Requirements

You should be highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive with strong time-management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. It is also important that you display outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively motivate and lead your team members.

Specific qualifications for the management role include:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 3 years management/supervisory experience

  • Proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, people development, and operational improvements

  • Full understanding of food cost, labor forecasting and drivers of profitability

  • ServSafe Food Handler Certified

  • Cicerone Beer Server Certified

  • TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Server Certified

  • Leadership style with a strong focus on service and hospitality

  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Understanding of POS Systems
